Where Elevion delivers AI, machine learning, or automation systems, the following applies:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that AI systems delivered by Elevion are deployed, monitored, and used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including any AI governance, data protection, or sector-specific regulations.
• Third-party AI models or APIs integrated into a delivered solution are subject to the terms of service of their respective providers.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Elevion Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from this Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

Where a client provides materials, data, or content to Elevion as part of a service engagement, the client retains ownership of those materials. By providing them, the client grants Elevion a licence to use them for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. Ownership of deliverables and work product is governed by the applicable client service agreement.

Elevion treats client information and project details as confidential. Specific confidentiality obligations applicable to any engagement are set out in the relevant client agreement. Nothing submitted through the website contact form is treated as confidential until a formal engagement agreement is in place.

Elevion Technologies develops and operates proprietary software products, currently including:

• Lawpak: a software product developed by Elevion Technologies.
• Outfyt: a software product developed by Elevion Technologies.

Access to and use of these products is governed by their respective product terms of service, which will be published separately. These corporate Terms govern use of this website only and do not modify or supersede any product-specific agreement.

The courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation by contacting us at info@eleviontech.org.

Where you use the Site as a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
